Raquel is a farmer at worker cooperative Labrecos, practicing organic agriculture and livestock farming with a regenerative, circular approach. She is deeply committed to defending the countryside as a way of life, finding joy in cultivating the land. Her transition to farming followed a turning point in her career, leaving a corporate job to pursue a more fulfilling and sustainable path that she hopes her children will value and perhaps continue.
