Rita Calvário is a researcher at DINÂMIA’CET-Iscte and a collaborative researcher at the Centre for Social Studies, University of Coimbra. Her research combines political ecology and feminist perspectives to study the (re)production of inequalities in food systems, agrarian change, and peasant social movements, with a focus on Southern Europe. She is a member of Undisciplined Environments Collective.

Ana Cabana Iglesia is an Associate Professor at the University of Santiago de Compostela. She is an agrarian historian, focusing on: Social attitudes during Francoism; Agrarian policies and processes of change in contemporary rural Spain; Socio-environmental conflict in the 20th century; Commons; Rural Women’s history. She is a member of Histagra.

Joseba Extabiel Azkarraga is an Associate Professor of Sociology at the University of the Basque Country. His research focus on community and socio-ecological resilience, the cultural dimensions of food sovereignty and agroecology, and the links between culture and post-growth. He is member of the research group EKOPOL.
