María José runs Trasdeza Natur, an organic farming and processing project focused on fruit and vegetable dehydration using solar and photovoltaic energy. Her journey began after leaving an office job for a fulfilling life working the land. Despite challenges such as limited support for small rural projects and gender discrimination, María José remains committed to organic production, healthy food, care for the land.
